Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video posts, that aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for trending topics, relevant conversations, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze social media metrics and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure the brand's social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and relevant stakeholders to amplify the brand's reach and engagement on social media platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns and community engagement.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for various social media channels.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
